Bronwen BaileyBronwen offers clinical supervision for psychologists seeking professional development. She is particularly interested in supervising psychologists who are already registered, endorsed Clinical Psychologists or Clinical Psychology Registrars.

Bronwen develops a collaborative and responsive relationship in order that supervisees are able to safely explore and develop strengths and weaknesses in their clinical practice. Ethical and professional issues are key priorities in this process.

She supervises from a psychodynamic framework with an attachment and trauma focus but incorporates a range of therapeutic perspectives including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy and Schema Therapy. Supervision addresses assessment, treatment and process issues as well as professional and ethical matters. Broader professional and career development also come under the scope of supervision.

Supervision is designed to support supervisees’ clinical practice, enhance and strengthen supervisees use of an appropriate and effective theoretical framework, sensitively manage ethical and professional issues, find a balance of practice and self care, and enhance supervisees confidence, enjoyment and fulfilment in their clinical work.

There are 2 consulting rooms in Bronwen’s suite. Both are available for rental by other professionals. A car space is also available on some days. Please contact Bronwen to discuss rental arrangements.
